If you reside in the United States (including its states, districts or territories) and purchased a Bestway AirJet Spa Pump or Bestway HydroJet Spa Pump with model numbers P05332, P05339, P05711, P05807, P07000, P07001, P05511, P07034, or P07572 between May 2021 and May 2024, you may be eligible for a payment from the Settlement.

If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a cash payment then you must submit a Claim Form by August 17, 2026

To be eligible to receive a cash payment up to $75.00, you must have purchased a Bestway AirJet Spa Pump or Bestway HydroJet Spa Pump with model numbers P05332, P05339, P05711, P05807, P07000, P07001, P05511, P07034, or P07572 from May 2021 through May 2024, and satisfy the following requirements to complete your claim.

  • If you still have your Bestway AirJet Spa Pump or Bestway HydroJet Spa Pump in your possession:

    • If you already participated in the Spa Pump Recall and elected to receive a refund of money as your remedy in the Spa Pump Recall, you will need to provide your Spa Pump Recall Claim Number to complete your claim. If you do not know your claim number from the Spa Pump Recall, please contact Bestway toll-free at (888) 943-2396 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

    • If you have not yet participated in the Spa Pump Recall, before you submit your claim form, you must first participate in the recall by visiting https://bestwayusa.com/recall-and-safety.

  • If you no longer have your Bestway AirJet Spa Pump or Bestway HydroJet Spa Pump in your possession, even if you did not participate in the Spa Pump Recall, you must provide proof of purchase to complete your claim.

Cash awards are limited to one per household and one per IP address. Cash payments will be subject to a cap of $2,000,000.00. In the event the total of all cash payments exceeds the cap, all cash payments will be reduced pro rata.

To start your online claim form, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. If you received a notice of this Settlement, your Unique ID is on the front of the postcard. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, or did not receive a notice, you can either click here to file a claim without logging in, or you can contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@SpaPumpClassActionSettlement.com. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address. Please note that if you did not receive an email or postcard from the Settlement Administrator, but believe you are a member of the Class, you will need to click on the link above to submit a claim.
